Warehouse/Delivery Expediter


  • Rapid familiarization with parts inventory.

  • Receiving, stocking, pulling, and delivering materials to job sites.

  • Inventory and tools accountability.

  • Facility cleaning and maintenance.

  • Must generally be neat in appearance and capable of representing LWFP in a positive manner relative to clothing, posture, and language.

  • Demonstrates desire to learn and improve.

  • Demonstrates ability to follow instructions.

  • Promote a safe working environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards where applicable.

  • Maintain effective communication and exceptional performance.

  • Maintain vehicles, tools, and truck inventories in accordance with company policies.

  • Foster a cooperative and positive attitude with customers, regulatory agents, owners, and other employees.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school graduate required; technical training or some relevant college degree coursework desired but not required.

  • 3+ years in warehouse/delivery preferred.

  • Analytical mindset for trouble-shooting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, regulatory agencies, management, and co-workers.

  • Proven time management skills with prioritizing and delivery against deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Forklift operation (license/certification or ability to obtain one a plus).

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and pre-employment background screening.

  • Able to safely secure, pull, and maneuver a 26ft. trailer.

  • Mechanical aptitude (equipment repairs).

  • Accurate preparation of documentation.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working on lift equipment, etc.).

  • Must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.

  • Ability to operate computers, tablets, and smart phones, with some proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.

  • 90 day probationary period applies.


  • Starting base pay competitive and negotiable (based on experience).
