The HELPER will be responsible for the following:


  • Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions.

  • Able to operate a power machine proficiently.

  • Understand basic techniques for hanger assembly.

  • Able to groove pipe.

  • Anticipate basic tool and material needs for installer.

  • Keep company truck clean, organized, and equipped as needed for everyday operation.

  • Other duties as assigned, Additional requirements are as follows:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.

  • Ability to meet physical demands of job (standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting 50 lbs., etc.)

  • Reliable, dependable and punctual.

  • Possess valid driver's license with clean record.

  • Possess basic hand tools.

  • Demonstrate honesty and willingness to follow all company procedures,

  • Available to work when needed (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)

  • Available (on short notice) to work out of town when needed,

  • Neat appearance, positive attitude, proper clothing, and appropriate language skills.

  • Desire to learn and demonstrates the ability to advance.

  • 90 day probation period applies,
